Testing of RCC Pipes

The quality of RCC pipes is determined by the Hydraulic pressure test and the Three edge bearing test

Hydraulic Pressure Test

This test is conductted by applying water pressure from a pump to the pipe covered on all sides to find how much pressure the pipe withstands before it leaks. The pipe quality is approved if the tested pressure is compatible with the ISI specifications.

Three Edge bearing Test

This test is conducted by applying load on the pipe through a jack until the pipe gets cracked. The pipe passes the test if the load conditions specified as per the IS specification are satisfied.
Tested for Quality
Our products are tested in accordance with to the Standards set by the Indian Standards Institution and ensure that the products that leave our works withstands the service conditions for a long time.
